We are looking for motivated and well organised individuals to join our energetic and thriving Melbourne team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Assistant (CSA) will be the first point of contact assisting in the delivery of customer focused operations including customer service, leasing and marketing and financial administration of customer accounts. As well as administration duties, you will also be required to carry out the day-to-day operational duties to make sure our sites are in perfect working order. This is a hands-on role and would suit someone who enjoys variety in their day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Urbanest leasing and marketing process to support the achievement of occupancy targets for the property.
  • Deliver customer facing operational processes in line with organisational standards and procedures.
  • Help to ensure Urbanest is a customer focussed, supportive, friendly and social environment for our customers.
  • Deliver incident escalation and emergency management procedures as required on shifts.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in working in a customer facing role (preferably in a team)
  • Experience in Accommodation or Customer Management System software
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt accordingly to customer needs
  • High level skills in Microsoft Office
