Urbanest is looking for a motivated, passionate and energetic individual to join our Melbourne team as a Customer Leasing Assistant. Reporting to the Sales and Leasing Manager, you will add your own personality to each call to engage, build rapport and retain customers by understanding their needs. You will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to achieve targets through effective enquiry management and growth of our agent network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and understand the needs of customers and deliver exceptional customer experience over inbound and outbound calls
  • Maintain and develop stakeholder relationships with agents, commercial and educational partners
  • Provide support in delivering property leasing plans in line with the sales strategy
  • Ensure awareness of all advertising campaigns and focus leasing activity accordingly
  • Attend open days, expos, and trade events as a representative of Urbanest
  • Support the Sales Manager and Operations team with any other tasks as required

 Essential Criteria

  • Previous sales experience working in a contact /call centre environment is desirable
  • Previous customer service and administration experience
  • Goal orientated with the ability to achieve set targets
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Working a rotating roster, weekends may be needed
