Customer Service Assistant (Part Time)

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and well organised individual to join our energetic and fast paced Adelaide team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Assistant (CSA) will be the first point of contact for all customers assisting in the delivery of customer focused operations including customer service, leasing and marketing and financial administration of customer accounts. As well as administration duties, you will also be required to carry out the day-to-day operational duties to make sure our sites are in perfect working order.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in working in a customer facing role (preferably in a team)
  • Experience in Accommodation or Customer Management System software
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt accordingly to customer needs
  • High level skills in Microsoft Office
  • Team player
  • Ability to work over a 7-day roster
