We are looking for a motivated and well organised individual to join our energetic and thriving Marketing team. Reporting to the Studio and Creative Manager, the Content Coordinator will support the creation and roll-out of multimedia content to meet the needs of our B2B and B2C channels and to promote and maintain brand consistency across all customer and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully source and coordinate content across a range of multi-media platforms to meet the needs of our B2B and B2C channels
  • Coordinate and maintain the Urbanest content plan, providing a consistent stream of relevant and topical content throughout the year
  • Receive and develop design and copy briefs from internal clients from all areas of the business including sales, operations, corporate, development and marketing. Consult with internal clients to interpret the concepts and requirements and to establish timings for delivery, responding to briefs within timeframe and budget
  • Ideate and present concepts for creative campaigns in conjunction with the Designer and broader stakeholders that are well-considered, clear, brand-oriented and support key creative goals for the business
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop a deep understanding of Urbanest's market segments and collaborate as required for marketing collateral and campaigns

Essential Criteria

  • Previous 2+ years’ experience in a Marketing / Social Media Coordinator role or similar
  • Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail
  • Proven experience producing engaging content including case studies, blog articles, videos and other customer-facing marketing communications
  • Proven experience managing content in accordance with strategic content plans
  • Demonstrated individual success in delivering multiple tasks to a marketing plan
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Intermediate Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Ability to travel domestically
  • Copy writing experience within an advertising agency and/or experience in the Education, Lifestyle or Real Estate Industry highly desired
