We are looking for a motivated and well organised individual to join our energetic and thriving Melbourne team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Assistant (CSA) will be the first point of contact assisting in the delivery of customer focused operations including customer service, leasing and marketing and financial administration of customer accounts. As well as administration duties, you will also be required to carry out the day-to-day operational duties to make sure our sites are in perfect working order. This is a hands-on role and would suit someone who enjoys variety in their day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in working in a customer facing role (preferably in a team)
  • Experience in Accommodation or Customer Management System software
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt accordingly to customer needs
  • Ability to work flexible hours including some weekend and evening work
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
